What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field - 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design - Strong portfolio demonstrating design process - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Experience with prototyping tools - Knowledge of design systems and component libraries - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) - Experience with user research methods
Preferred: - Banking or fintech design experience - Knowledge of HTML/CSS - Motion design skills
