Key Responsibilities: - Lead development of APIs and integration services - Design scalable application architectures - Implement mobile and web applications - Drive adoption of best development practices - Collaborate with product teams on digital initiatives - Ensure security and compliance standards - Mentor and guide development team members - Manage technical debt and system improvements
What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 5+ years of experience in software development - Expert-level skills in at least two programming languages - Strong API design and development experience - Knowledge of microservices and containerization - Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps - Understanding of mobile technologies - Telecommunications experience is a plus
Preferred: - Master's degree - Technical certifications - Experience with M-Money or fintech systems
