Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for GENO Services Limited, a leading HR solutions provider in East Africa. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance - Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting - Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates - Develop relationships with universities and professional networks - Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Excellent interviewing and assessment skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms - Strong communication skills in English and Swahili - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred: - HR certification (CHRP, PHR, or equivalent) - Experience in agency recruitment or HR outsourcing - Knowledge of Tanzania labor laws
