Key Responsibilities: - Provide first and second level IT support to staff - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Manage user accounts and access permissions - Support network infrastructure and connectivity - Document issues and solutions in ticketing system - Assist in IT asset management - Participate in IT projects and rollouts
What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles - Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems - Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory - Understanding of networking concepts - Customer service orientation - Good communication skills in English and Swahili - Ability to work under pressure
Preferred: - ITIL Foundation certification - Banking industry experience - Hardware troubleshooting skills
