Join Us
Manage and develop international partnerships, coordinate cross-border business initiatives, and represent GENO Services in regional and global forums. You will play a key role in expanding our presence beyond Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with international partners - Identify opportunities for regional expansion - Coordinate cross-border recruitment and HR projects - Represent the company at international conferences and events - Liaise with foreign embassies, trade organizations, and chambers of commerce - Facilitate international client communications and negotiations - Research international market opportunities and trends - Ensure compliance with international business regulations - Support expatriate management services - Prepare reports on international business activities
What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in international business or relations - Strong understanding of East African business environment - Experience in cross-border business operations - Excellent diplomatic and communication skills - Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus) - Strong cultural awareness and adaptability - Ability to travel internationally - Knowledge of international trade and labor regulations
Preferred: - Master's degree in International Business or Relations - Experience working with international organizations - Knowledge of French, Arabic, or other languages - Network within regional business communities
