Lead our HR outsourcing division, managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive HR services to businesses across Tanzania. You will oversee a team of HR professionals and ensure excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow the HR outsourcing portfolio - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance - Lead a team of HR associates and recruitment officers - Design and implement HR policies for client organizations - Conduct HR audits and provide strategic recommendations - Handle complex employee relations matters - Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) - Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery - Report on key HR metrics and business performance
What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) - 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in management - Proven experience in HR outsourcing or consulting - Strong knowledge of Tanzania labor laws and regulations - Experience with HRIS and payroll systems - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Outstanding client relationship management abilities - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness - Fluency in English and Swahili
Certifications: - SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or equivalent preferred - CHRP certification is an advantage
