What you'll do
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - 5+ years of experience in product management - Experience with digital banking or fintech products - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Outstanding communication and presentation abilities - Experience with Agile methodologies - Knowledge of UX principles
Preferred: - MBA or product management certification - Experience with mobile money or digital payments - Fluency in English and Swahili
