Drive business growth and expand GENO Services' market presence across East Africa. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to revenue targets in the HR solutions and consulting space.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development strategies - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers - Prepare compelling proposals and presentations - Negotiate contracts and close deals - Collaborate with service delivery teams on client solutions - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Represent the company at industry events and networking forums - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership

What you'll do

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4-6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Experience in professional services, HR, or consulting industries - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities - Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset - Fluency in English and Swahili - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Preferred: - MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification - Existing network in the corporate sector - Experience selling HR or staffing services
